Refund & Return Policy – Nartina Luxe Store

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and any freebies included

Final Sale Items β€” including undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and anything marked β€œFinal Sale” β€” are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a store credit for the full value of the item.


3. How to Start a Return

Include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your item.


4. Return Shipping & Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

  • Approved returns will receive store credit (valid for future purchases).


5. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Only store credit or exchanges are provided.


6. Exchanges

Need a different size or item?

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit.

  • One exchange per original purchase is allowed.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as production hasn’t started.
