1. Return & Refund Eligibility
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Returned with original tags, packaging, and any freebies included
Final Sale Items β including undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, and anything marked βFinal Saleβ β are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Weβll offer a replacement (if available) or a store credit for the full value of the item.

Approved returns will receive store credit (valid for future purchases).
5. Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Only store credit or exchanges are provided.
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or item?

Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

If the desired item is unavailable, weβll issue store credit.

One exchange per original purchase is allowed.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as production hasnβt started.
